Footbridge Repairs

This bridge had been suffering from continued vandalism that involved the timber railings being severely damaged and the decking set alight. We removed the remaining railings and replaced them with vertical bar railings secured at each end in concrete footings and through the bridge supports with heavy security bolts. The decking was overclad with aluminium checker plate secured with non removable screws.
