This project saw us refurbishing a worn ménage fence. To preserve the existing sub-base, we first scraped back the surface and lifted the membrane with care before removing the old fencing. The result was a clean, ready-to-work zone without disturbing the groundwork integrity.

Robust & Considered Construction
UC4 Posts with Weldmesh for Maximum Protection
We reinstalled the new fence using 8' long UC4-treated posts, which offer enhanced durability. Between the three rows of double half-round rails, we secured weldmesh cladding to prevent rabbits from entering the riding arena - a functional and tidy solution.
- Scraped surface back to protect the membrane
- Lifted fencing carefully to preserve the sub-base
- 8' UC4 posts for high durability and rot resistance
- Three double half-round rails for strength
- Clamped weldmesh to deter burrowing animals
Finished to Last & Look the Part
Practical Functionality Meets Aesthetic Detail
While the double rail setup is visually appealing, the real benefit lies in the added weldmesh lining that helps protect against rabbit intrusion - preserving the surface and reducing future maintenance for the client. A neat, strong, and functional result.
- Double railed design for smart visual impact
- Weldmesh protects against rabbit damage
- Preserves surface quality of riding arena
- Low-maintenance and long-lasting materials
- Ideal fencing for rural and equestrian properties
