We were asked to replace an old and dilapidated cattle corral and handling system, creating a stronger and more durable setup for livestock handling. The project began with the removal of the existing rotten timber posts, which were replaced with galvanised posts to improve longevity and reliability.
Stronger Structure for Livestock Handling
Galvanised Posts and Treated Timber Boards
After replacing the original posts with galvanised alternatives, the timber boards within the system were upgraded to a UC4 treated warranted version to provide improved durability and resistance to the elements.

Safer Walkways for Handlers
Bespoke Frame with Anti-Slip Flooring
Instead of replacing the timber boards originally installed on the walkways, a bespoke galvanised frame with anti-slip flooring was designed and installed to improve safety. This created a safer working environment for both cattle and handlers while also providing a long-lasting solution.
